Thomas M. Leatherman
Mr. Thomas M. Leatherman has been in practice since 1971. He is a Ball State University graduate, and he graduated with honors from Ohio Northern University School of Law. Attorney Leatherman is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, serving as member of their Board of Directors since 1994. He is a past president of the Goshen City Bar Association and former chairman of the Elkhart County Bar Alliance. Mr. Nolan G. Miller was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2018. He received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University and graduated from Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is an active member and past president (2023-24) of the Goshen City Bar Association and an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
Mr. Nolan G. Miller focuses his practice primarily on criminal law, family law, personal injury law, and estate planning. He also gives back to the community by serving as a part-time Deputy Public Defender for the Elkhart County Public Defender's Office, handling felony offenses.
